At each oyster crawl event, The Oyster Cart and Oyster Connoisseurs introduce one new type of oysters and specially arranged pairing, guiding you the oyster taste profile and teaching you how to savor these sea jewels with interesting pairing!
After a few Oyster Crawl with us, you can be an Oyster Connoisseur yourself too!
For your first chapter of Oyster Crawl on Wednesday 19 August 2015 7pm to 9pm, We will be showcasing Oysters from Ireland and specially invited partner The French Cellar will be bringing along their French wines which are selected by 3 star Michelin Sommelier!
*$59 all inclusive* – 5 wines from The French Cellar and 6 oysters from The Oyster Cart and canapes from Vanilla Bar and Cafe. Sommelier’s tasting booklet and "I Heart SG Oyster Crawl" oyster tasting journal will be given to attendees for their added experience.
